Built for renovations, not one-off patch jobs
Whether you're mid-renovation or planning one, this is the renovation scope we run day to day.
Bathroom Renovations
Full bathroom renovations — new layouts, waterproofing, tiling and fixtures — coordinated end to end so the finish looks right and lasts.
Kitchen Renovations
Kitchen renovations from splashback and benchtop through to full cabinetry — coordinated around your other trades so the job stays on schedule.
Laundry Renovations
Laundry fit-outs and renovations — cabinetry, plumbing and finishes sorted so the space is both practical and finished properly.
Waterproofing & Compliance
Compliant waterproof membrane work before a single tile goes down — the part of a reno that causes the most expensive problems if it's rushed.
A Smarter Way to Plan Your Renovation
Most renovation problems aren't visible on handover day — they show up in six months. Here's what we do differently to make sure they don't.
Set Out Before We Cut
Every job is dry-laid and measured before a tile is cut, so you're not left with slivers at the edges or a crooked feature wall.
Waterproofing Done to Code
Wet areas are membraned and compliant, with photos taken before tiling and finishes cover it up — so it's documented, not just promised.
One Quote, No Surprise Extras
You get a fixed price before work starts. If something changes onsite, we tell you and quote it — we don't just add it to the invoice.
We're the Ones on the Tools
The person who quotes your job is on the job. Nothing gets handed off to a crew you've never spoken to.
Reform Renovation Group is a bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation specialist working across Sydney metro.
We stay focused on bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations — rather than spreading across every trade — so the set-out, waterproofing and finish get the attention they need instead of being squeezed between other jobs.
Most of our work comes from renovators and homeowners who've seen a past job and want the same result in their own bathroom, kitchen or laundry — you can see examples of that work below.

Straight answers before you book
Yes. We'll come out, measure the space, and give you a fixed price before any work starts — no obligation to book.
Yes, waterproofing is done to compliance standards and we're fully licensed and insured for tiling and wet-area work.
It depends on the size and scope, and whether waterproofing or plumbing changes are involved — we'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your quote, not a generic estimate.
Either works. We're happy to use fixtures, tiles and cabinetry you've already chosen, or point you toward suppliers if you'd rather we handle it.
We work across Sydney metro. If you're just outside that area, get in touch — we can usually still make it work.
Yes — this is common. We'll assess what's failed, and re-do the waterproofing and finishes to code rather than covering over the problem.
